These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ace360solutions.com (the “Website”) and the services provided by ACE 360 Solutions (“ACE 360”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Our services

ACE 360 provides digital services including Shopify and ecommerce development, WordPress web design, search engine optimisation (SEO), Meta and Google Ads management, social media marketing, UI/UX design and content writing. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written proposal, quote or agreement (“Proposal”). If anything in a Proposal conflicts with these Terms, the Proposal applies.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected systems
• Send spam, malware or automated requests through our forms
• Copy, scrape or republish our content without permission
• Use the Website in any way that could damage it or interfere with other users

3. Quotes and proposals

Quotes and proposals are based on the information you provide and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work begins once you accept the Proposal and any required deposit has been paid.

4. Payments

• Payment terms, including deposits and milestones, are set out in your Proposal or invoice.
• Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
• Monthly services (such as SEO, ads management or maintenance) are billed in advance and continue until cancelled in line with your Proposal.
• Third-party costs such as advertising spend, hosting, domains, premium themes, plugins, apps and stock media are not included unless stated, and are paid by the client.

5. Client responsibilities

To deliver your project on time, you agree to:

• Provide content, feedback, approvals and account access promptly
• Make sure any content, images, logos or materials you give us are yours to use or properly licensed
• Review work at each stage and let us know about any issues as soon as possible

Delays in receiving materials or feedback may affect project timelines.

6. Revisions and changes

Each Proposal includes a set number of revision rounds. Requests outside the agreed scope, or extra revisions, may be quoted and billed separately.

7. Intellectual property

• Once a project has been paid in full, you own the final custom designs and content we created specifically for you, unless agreed otherwise.
• Third-party items such as themes, plugins, apps, fonts and stock media remain subject to their own licences.
• We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code, templates and know-how, and grant you the right to use them as part of your project.
• Unless you ask us not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio and marketing.

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to ACE 360 Solutions and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Results and guarantees

We work hard to deliver strong results, but SEO rankings, traffic, advertising performance, sales and conversion rates depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, platform policies, competition and market conditions. Unless clearly stated in writing, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue. Any results shown on the Website or in our portfolio are examples of past work and are not a promise of future results.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep each other’s confidential business information private and to use it only for the purpose of the project.

10. Cancellation and termination

Either party may end a project or monthly service by giving written notice as set out in the Proposal. You will be charged for work completed and costs incurred up to the date of cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started, unless stated otherwise.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACE 360 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project in the three months before the claim arose.

The Website and its content are provided “as is” for general information. While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees about its completeness or accuracy. Blog articles are for general guidance and are not professional, legal or financial advice.

12. Third-party links and platforms

The Website may link to third-party websites and services, and our work often relies on platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Google and Meta. We are not responsible for third-party websites, outages, policy changes or account decisions made by these platforms.

14. Governing law
